Hair is SOFT! Minimal shedding! Customer service was responsive and communicated well. Also in the midst of pandemic shipping was only about 10 days! Will update with pictures once installed

Customer Service was top tier, and pretty much so amazing. I had an issue with my order but the company was able to be patient with me and take time to explore other options to eventually solve my problem. I was spoken to with excellent respect.
